• Pre-listing walkthrough - When you are ready to list a house, we come out and walk the property with you and your client, and all work together to decide what could be done to sell the house quickly and for the best price, if anything needs to be done.  We’ll make a list, price it within the next couple of hours, and perform the work immediately upon request, so you can get up and running as soon as possible.
• Home inspection list knockout - Everybody hates the home inspection process.  You get a long, sometimes confusing report with a list of repairs that need to be performed before closing.  Then you have to figure out who you need to call to get each item fixed.  Not anymore.  You call The Go! Team and we make the entire list disappear.  We’ll take care of getting the pros inside to do the work.
• Referrals and web listing - Everybody likes referrals, and our realtors get them!  We often come across customers who need some help to get ready to sell their home, or are thinking of moving to the area.  If they haven’t picked a realtor yet, we are proud to recommend somebody that is one of our partners.
